Located within downtown Brooklyn, Jason Neches (with L'Observatoire) was commissioned late in the project to give the building a stronger presence for pedestrians (podium façade) and within the Brooklyn skyline (tower crown).
The mid-block location left the building's entrance and street frontage hidden by the many commercial offices/business that are dormant at night. Therefore our lighting solution is intended to be strong, crisp, engaging, yet carefully controlled.
