Transparency, flow, views, warmth, these basic concepts define this airy pavilion perched above the calm waters of Jamaica Bay. Throughout the day sunlight permeates the house.
At night strategic lighting and meticulous details emphasize the residential core (kitchen, bathrooms, stairs, sleeping quarters) leaving the perimeter glazing free of distractions from the stunning views of water and night sky.
