WATT scope includes all exterior site and roadway lighting, all interior lighting for multi-family residences, all interior & exterior lighting for office public spaces (lobbies, restrooms, circulation, roof terraces).

Formerly a light-industrial zone of warehouses, auto dealerships and repair shops, and a wrecking yard, ELCO Yards creates a new urban center of 6 buildings (2 multi-family, 1 office, 3 life science) and 40,000sf of public open space within ½ mile of the Redwood City commuter rail station (Caltrain).
The project includes redevelopment of municipal streets and park spaces for an engaging and active neighborhood.
Rooftop terraces enhance connections between buildings and street life below.
